East Quogue is in the town of Southampton.

East Quogue is positioned at 40 51 3 N 72 34 34 W (40.850707, -72.576243). According to the United States Enumeration Bureau, the CDP has a total region of 11.5 square miles (29.9 km2), of which 8.9 square miles (23.0 km2) is territory and 2.7 square miles (7.0 km2), or 23.23%, is water.
